Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Zidora Logistics ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part, you may not access our services.

Services

Zidora Logistics provides freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, and related logistics services ("Services"). Specific terms for each service may be outlined in separate agreements.

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about shipments
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Properly package and label shipments
  • Pay all charges in accordance with agreed terms

Prohibited Items

The following items may not be shipped through our Services:

Hazardous Materials

Unless prior arrangements are made and proper documentation provided

High-Value Items

Without declared value and proper insurance

Live Animals

Except through approved specialized services

Illegal Items

Including drugs, weapons, and contraband

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as agreed in service contracts or as follows:

  • Prepayment may be required for new customers
  • Net 30 terms available for approved accounts
  • Late payments may incur interest charges

Liability

Our liability is limited as follows:

Freight Services

Liability is limited as per applicable conventions (e.g., Warsaw Convention for air freight, Hague Rules for ocean freight) unless higher value is declared and additional charges paid.

Warehousing

Standard liability limits apply unless additional insurance is purchased.

Cancellation

Cancellation policies vary by service:

  • Air freight: Cancellation fees may apply within 24 hours of scheduled departure
  • Ocean freight: Cancellation must occur before container loading
  • Warehousing: 30-day notice required for space reduction

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
